DESIGN.

Anuri engineers work with Anruri´s own software, created exclusively for their structural systems. Most of the technology is developed within the company, enabling it to work more quickly, efficiently and rigorously, following solid construction criteria.

To complement this computer system, Anuri works with Ansys, a very sophisticated tool for solving “finite element calculation”, more complex equations and more advanced calculations. This combination of technology can provide solutions to problems that other companies don´t compete.

This technical support conveys confidence to our customers who know that we treat each project as our own. When the engineering department finish all the necessary calculations for the fabrication of the structure, the plans go to the workshop of Anuri.

 

MANUFACTURING.

Technology is also present in the manufacturing processes. The manufacturing plant is 25,000 m2 and is equipped with machinery and technical structure to process nearly 20,000 tons of steel a year.

Among the equipment available at the Añezcar factory we highlight the sand blasting, the CNC Maching automatic assembly and submerged arc welding (SAW), the plasma CNC, CNC cutting and drilling, pre-assembled templates, paint booth, machining cutters, other semi-automatic welding machines, saws ...

All structures that are factory manufactured at Añuri are painted with a retardant paint as standard, but also painted according to customer needs with Epoxy 2-component intumescent paints..
